What's happening in REMC Country?

Contact us at least two weeks in advance to list your not-for-profit organization's special event on our website. Be sure to include a phone number we can call during the day to verify the information before it is published. Contact us at least eight weeks in advance for your event to be published in our monthly newsletter, "Watt High Lights", which is mailed to our members at the middle of the month.

 

The REMC is continuing to collect aluminum can tabs

for the Indianapolis Ronald McDonald House.

Drop your tabs off at our office, or save them until

the 2009 Annual Meeting on July 23.


 

Our next office closing will be on Monday, September 7, 2009 for Labor Day.

A crew will be on standby to take care of outages and emergencies.

June 24 - Midsummer Night’s Dream, a Kentucky Shakespeare Festival touring program at 10:00 a.m. at the Crothersville Senior Citizens building and at 2:00 p.m. at Girls, Inc. in Seymour. Both performances are part of the Jackson County Public Library’s Be Creative @ Your Library Summer Reading Program and are sponsored by the Friends of the Library. The non-profit group Friends of Beck’s Mill, Inc., will greet visitors from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays; 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Sundays.
